Foor Vendor Application

FOOD BOOTH INFORMATION

Temporary Food Establishments/TFEs booths are required to be inspected by the Health Department.  Additional Health Department applications are required to be completed and returned with application.  Failure to complete all paperwork will void the application.

Mountain Glory Festival organizers require any and all food booths that cook food at the festival site to follow the health department’s guidelines, including non-profit organizations.  The $75.00 Heath Department fee applies to all for-profit TFEs.  Health Department registered Food Trucks are exempt from inspection.

Local fire inspector requires a 5 lb. fire extinguisher present for all vendors cooking on-site.

ALL DRINK CONCESSIONS PROVIDED EXCLUSIVELY BY FESTIVAL SPONSOR.

TO APPLY PLEASE CALL 828-652-2215 OR CONTACT US VIA EMAIL THROUGH THE CONTACT PAGE

Please note: The North Carolina Fire Code requires that all temporary membrane structures and tents be flame retardant. This means that all vendors during city and private events setup in downtown will need to have a flame retardant tent, and
must have a certificate to confirm this.
This must be shown to the organizers before the festival, or on the day before the tent is put up. No certificate - no canopy. Click here for full details of the how to comply
